Located in the pretty winegrowing village of Paziols, only 35 mins from Perpignan airport, this beautifully restored 300 yr old stone cottage is the perfect base to relax and experience the beauty and charm of this fascinating corner of Southern France and is within 5 minutes walk of the village shop, bar/café and restaurant.

Nearby you can enjoy river swimming, varied walks and cycle routes through vineyards, Cathar castles plus many important historical sites and of course great food and wine. Mediterranean beaches 45 minutes, ski slopes 1.75 hrs.

The beautifully restored and comfortably furnished gite is full of character and charm with lots of exposed beams, stone walls and original tiled floors.

There are 2 double bedrooms, lounge with bed settee, large bathroom (with bath and shower), spacious well equipped dining kitchen with full oven fridge, microwave, washing machine, large open fireplace, flatscreen TV, DVD, stereo, CD.
